Another address sign for today and three more to do for next week. Also made this Steve good horses,while waiting for spar to dry. scrap piece of birch,stained cherry. Letters are raised small amount 1/8 the inch approx. Quote

Gordster Posted April 13, 2017 Author Report Posted April 13, 2017 Did you raise the hummingbirds as will?Yes the Humming birds are raised up also.It is justA slight raise.so it will be easy to touch up paint when needed. The one I am cutting now,Is a bit higher as I went 6 degrees. I should try and put some pictures on how it is done.It is surprisingly quite easy anday results are nice. Quote

What blade are you using?Thanks Dave I am using a #2...Bosch blades I get here at hardware store.If you use a bigger blade,you will have to adjust the degree you cut at. Practice with it and remember to cut counter clockwise for a raised letter and clockwise for a recess. Edited April 14, 2017 by Gordster Quote
