Dave Monk
I mount a lot of my work to stained and painted backers. Tite Bond dosen't stick very will to those surfaces. This is my new Go2glue. It will stick to about anything and dries in about a half hour. lawson56, AK Moose Nugget, Lucky2 and 2 others

WayneMahler
I have been using E6000 for this. May have to look into this. E6000 can be messy if your not careful with it. Dave Monk
lawson56
I am familiar with the Loctite brand.Great stuff.I didn't know they made glue for everyday use, only Industrial use,I will have to chk it out. Thanks Dave. Dave Monk
hawkeye10
Try this Weldbond glue. It dries clear and doesn't take to long to dry. It stick to painted surfaces as well as cloth. I glued some felt on the bottom "base" of some crosses I made and it sticks good. I messed up on putting the felt on one of them and it was a chore to get off. I think you will really like it for what we do. I wouldn't use it to glue cabinets or furniture up. I would use Tite Bond II or some thing like that. http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-4-oz-Weld-Bond-Glue-by-Weldbond-8-50160-/370798072574?hash=item56554992fe:g:gAUAAOSw7aBVJsW6 Dave Monk
scrollerpete
I also like Weldbond because it dry crystal clear and stick very well also. For bigger job my go to is TitebondIII. Will give Loctite a try. Since I'm just about out of Weldbond Dave Monk
bandaideman
I use weldbond also and works well fo me. I get it at the Education Center store here I think not quite the same price but a little lower and of course no shipping. I am about to run out so will remember to check prices again. I also found if something is glued and needs to be moved it can be loosed carefully either with hair dryer or Microwave. The main thing is do not rush it but sometimes it will not let go. hawkeye10
