Travis Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 Wow. It looks like you've been busy. Those look great. Do you use a template, or do you cut freehand? Quote
Clockman Posted April 14, 2010 Author Report Posted April 14, 2010 Travis, Thanks you. They are all free hand except card 10. for the most part I cut along the color line of the image. Card10 was the first puzzle I cut and I used a template for it and decided to try freehand and it was so much better and acutally more fun to cut. You do have to stop and think about your cuts once in a while. Using a template is actually more work in the long run. Give more change of paper seperation when removing the pattern. Give it a try and I am sure you will find it pretty exciting. One tip when making your locking tab allow the blade to cut a little further (than you normally would think) before you start turning in your cut and it will give you a better tab. Mike Quote
Dan Posted April 18, 2010 Report Posted April 18, 2010 Great job on the puzzles! I love the line cutting. Quote
