Very nice Tony.  The wife and I are big supporters of various dog rescues, etc.  If you'd like the pattern for this puzzle, let me know and I'll email it to you.  It's one of my top sellers.

Tony, your cardboard backers are nice, and as long as you have cardboard handy and the time to present your items that way, great.  If however you're looking for an easier way, I use these shrink wrap bags and a heat gun (or hair dryer) to package my puzzles.  Quick and easy and I put one of my cards inside each package.  Just a suggestion.  I'm also able to do it at events in which I have access to electricity.

Nice work.  I use #3 blade (Olsen Mach Speed) and I cut mine from Poplar, not that it matters.
