If however you're looking for an easier way, I use these shrink wrap bags and a heat gun (or hair dryer) to package my puzzles. Quick and easy and I put one of my cards inside each package. I use #3 blade (Olsen Mach Speed) and I cut mine from Poplar, not that it matters. Quote
