The main thing I want to light up is the ball so I am hoping to put it just behind and to the bottom of the ball. I don't want it too bright either, more or less just a glow. As to blades, I used a variety, some straight some spiral and different sizes of each because of the size cut and thickness of wood. I am really finding that the more scrolling I do the bigger variety of blades I use, dependent on what I am scrolling. one blade does not fit all.
