To 9"h×24"l. 1/2" plywood for the back and used 1/4" Birch plywood for the eagle,wolf & lettering painted black. Are you saying you cut the wolf, eagle, and lettering in 1/4" birch and then painted the 1/2" ply backer black? I want to make a simular sign is the reason I am asking.
