I has another try tonight on the scrollsaw. I used ply this time instead of the mdf I used last time. I found it much easier to cut. I also used a spray adhesive this time. I found it a lot easier to see the lines I was cutting this way..

Good job Paul , I have also tryed the MDF and it's ok but I think i'll just stick to the solid grained wood from now on . The spray adhesive is all I've ever used and am perfectly happy with it .........
