Popular Post Scrappile Posted May 27, 2017 Popular Post Report Posted May 27, 2017 This is what I came up with to finish off the puzzles I did for my grandson. At least these will store the puzzles when he is done putting together. I did not put a finish on them because he like to color and paint. I think he would enjoy that as much as putting them together. Dan, Gonzo, fastfreddy and 7 others 10 Quote

campasano Posted May 27, 2017 Report Posted May 27, 2017 Ditto on what everyone has commented. I like your idea and may give it a go. I have never cut puzzles before and I might just attempt it using your technique. Mike Scrappile 1 Quote

meflick Posted May 27, 2017 Report Posted May 27, 2017 Very nice work Paul and I am sure your grandson will be thrilled with the puzzles and the ability to color as he desires. Thanks for showing. Can you "explain" how you did the boards to fit them in for a newbie like me please? Thanks. Scrappile 1 Quote

Held the puzzle in place as I traced around the puzzle. The board is the same thickness as the puzzles. I cut out the silhouette, than glued a 1/8" thick backer board on. meflick 1 Quote
