MTCowpoke22
Had a customer ask me for a couple of large Montana Wall Hangings out of barn wood. Her husband added their brand to them. After they were completed, she changed her mind and asked if we could add spaces for pictures. It was a challenge to keep the barnwood together while cutting out the frame holes. And I actually lost one completely and had to build a new one. But finally got it done. The great thing is I get free patterns at gas stations as the state tourism dept. sets out free paper maps for people! Using the maps, these wall hangings are about 33" wide by 19" tall. I know the one looks a little cluttered with the pictures and the brand, but that's what she wanted... All built out of 100 year old reclaimed barnwood. jollyred, Dan, GrampaJim and 6 others
Scrappile
Those are nice. I like the rustic look of the boards. I can not figure out the brand though. Do you know? MTCowpoke22

JOE_M
I think I like the cluttered one more than the other. That's a great idea that would work with a lot of states. MTCowpoke22
rjR
Both done well. The photography framed is excellent too. We do what they will pay for, without always agreeing with it. MTCowpoke22

Do you know? I hadn't really noticed before, but it is a rather complicated brand to pronounce. I'd say it's a Lazy Heart over a Reverse F. meflick
Thanks for sharing. Very nice looking projects. Also gave me an idea. My husband's parents had an old barn on their property. Hubby has been salvaging some of the barn wood. Thinking it would be great to make some "Tennessee" shaped wall hangings to give as gifts to his siblings to remind them of "home".
