Denny Knappen
There are twelve in the set, patterns by Keith Fenton and found in CWWC June 2013. I had a lot of tear out as seen in the first picture, so next time I will use a backing. I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood and FD UR #1 blades. I may make a mobile out of these. Comments welcome. penquin
Denny, just a thought the FD blades are very aggressive at least for me. If I am greatly worried about tear out I will use an Olson blade, one of the reverse blades. For 1/4 inch I would use a 2R. I like them for delicate work, they don't cut as fast as a FD but for me they are better and give me less issues. Hope it helps. I do use the FD on thick wood and like them a lot for that. jim penquin

Dave Monk
Nice cutting Denny. It bums me out when my projects tear out like that. Did you stack cut it?
