Iguanadon
If anyone lives near Greenville, SC... https://greenville.craigslist.org/tls/6176383315.html I texted the guy and asked him to send me a picture of the lower blade holder. He had said the saw was from 2003-2005, he wasn't sure. It appears to be pre-2005 based on the blade holder, right? Scrappile
I think this would work if a person is a bottom feeder. As long as it has the tension lever at the front of the upper arm, would be my main concern. I think with the newer saw and nicer features, these older ones are going to get very cheap. There are lots of them in the northwest. I keep watching, one of these days I will see one too cheap to pass up. I keep thinking these older Hawks have done a lot of cutting without all the nice new mods that are on them now. If it was going to be my main saw, I would insist on a new one with all the new features.
kmmcrafts
That is a lot older than 2005.. that has the old barrel style clamp.. I believe this is out of the 1990's.. I have a 1993 with this style clamp.. my 1998 has a newer style clamp than this.. so this is a oldie.. Iguanadon and SCROLLSAW703

stevan
If you can get the serial number, Bushton can tell you within a few years of when it was built.

I think this was about 3-4 years ago when the new BM series came out.. The video on youtube is 3 years old anyway.. so guessing right around that time..
