Lakelad Posted June 7, 2010 Report Share Posted June 7, 2010 How do I go about enlarging a pattern. I have one printed out but need to make it larger. Is there a program or something available to do it. I have tried on my own in GIMP but did not succeed. I can get it larger on the screen but when I print it there is no change. Probably a simple question for someone with some computer smarts, but I'm not one of those people. Thanks in advance for any help. Travis Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 Here are a couple tutorials on how to use Inkscape to resize your patterns: Prepare A Pattern For Printing Using Inkscape Printing Oversized Patterns This is how I always print mine. Some folks like using resizing programs too. I've never tried it, but I hear it works well. Here's a list of software. Just look for the resizing software. I hope this helps.
