rjR
Just playing around with a blank boot pattern and changing it to be my way. Clearing some of the scraps at the same time. Plywood, some pine and an unknown hardwood too. Painted just to get the nearly empty can off the shelf. Made templates at the same time. The 1/8 plastic makes great scrollsaw templates. Bought "cut-offs" from Tap Plastics at Lynnwood WA. Eventually I will use them all up and then need to buy more. The Cut-offs were economical and they had a large selection too. Even other thicknesses. Eventually I will go back and get some 1/4 to make more cribbage board templates from. Scrolling Steve, lawson56, Lucky2 and 2 others
DWSUDEKUM
Those look great. How big are they, would they make good ornaments? DW
rjR
The largest is just a touch over 8 inches tall and the smallest one is just 4-1/4. I am going to make 2 more smaller sizes. If you want; then I will scan my templates all to make jpg images. I never thought of them as tree ornaments--GOOD IDEA! THANKS! I had thought of them on key racks, and kids room, horse stall doors, etc.

rdatelle
Different. They look great. Ornaments would look good. Also key chains with a backer on them and then fill in the cutouts with fema baking clay with all different colors.
