Scrolling club or group

I am curious as to whether there are any scroller groups or clubs in the Orange County Cal. area. This might be an area that could use it's own forum or heading. I tried searching for any info that might be here but found none.

Well Wayne, I did as you suggested. It seems that nobody West of the Mississippi is into scrolling enough to start a club.

Dgman is from the Southern Ca area, I believe.  I know he's a scrolling instructor.  He may know if any local clubs exist.

Yes, he and I have connected a bit. He is quite a ways from me but at least it would be doable.

Try Googling "scroll saw clubs near me". I got a hit for one in my area with that simple search. (It assumes you've given Google the ability to know where your computer is.)

I gave it a try but nothing came up. I did find a listing for the Orange County Woodworkers Association though. I sent an inquiry to them. I know there has to be one but they sure don't advertise it. Oh well......................

I used to be a member of a large general woodworking club in Thousand Oaks, Ca. They used to have special interest groups (SIGS) including A scroll saw SiG. The SIGS kinda dissolved due to lack of interest. I haven't been active in the club for a couple of years due to lack of interest.

Ray most woodworking clubs cater to all wood working types. That is the way it is in our town.
