It is a Patrick Spielman pattern.

You said it's a Patrick Spielman pattern. I'd like to purchase it, but can't find it online. Was it in a book of his? If so, what book. Thanks!

If I recall correctly, it's in this book.  At least I think so.  I've made several of those sleighs and I have this book, so hopefully 2+2=4.
