I do find with the small lines on #2 the line or cut out tends to melt back in you have to cut quick or go over the cut line again to pop it out that mainly happens more when you stack cut them, I clean the cut as I go so the vinyl cannot set back in along the cut lines I use a toothbrush works a treat for me others may use different blades clean up ways etc but this suits me . Hope that helps Jim Thanks for the help, don't use spirals only flats, sort of old school for me. Will try some 2 and 3 don't think I can find 4's. Was wondering if you used reverse tooth blades or not but don't believe most spirals are reverse.
