Klingspor Woodworking show in Hickory NC

I was just going to check and see who all will be coming to the Klingspor Woodworking show in Hickory NC at the end of October. Show is October 27th & 28th. I will be there at the Carolina Scrollers booth both selling & doing a schedule demo both days on Intarsia.

I'm considering attending the show this year. I'm about 1.5 hrs south. I've checked out the Facebook page and it looks good. I'd be interested in any thoughts or reflections of people that attended this show in the past.

I go every year.  It has a lot of different venders. A lot f good deals too! FESTOOL, Jet, Dewalt, SawStop. I bought my Guinevere last year.

I have been there the past 4 years, Just about every major tool Manufacturer is there and there are normally great sales on tools, There are several Demo's from carving, turning and scrolling. Normally there is a chainsaw carver outside. Best thing is parking is Free & no fee to get in. This is a show I will be attending every year whether or not I am doing a Demo or Not. There is a very large Carving competition as well. Normally Klingspor will  have door prizes for some nice items and and the Carver Association has a big raffle. Klingspor also runs tours to their sandpaper factory.

I have only missed two shows since they started hold these.  I hope to be there doing demos in the NC Woodworkers booth.
