Rolf
When I first started scrolling and did my stacks I tried all of the techniques mentioned. Double sided tape etc. I have the ATG tape gun that applies double sided tape, I used it for picture framing. https://www.amazon.com/Scotch-Adhesive-Applicator-Dispenses-rolls/dp/B071R98DMJ I spent more time separating the layers and subsequently breaking fragile parts than I spent cutting them. And I really dislike solvents. Try the different methods until you find one that works for you. SCROLLSAW703
Montserrat
There is this German youtuber, who screws the layers together an countersinks the screw in the bottom so it doesn't stick out. Seems to work great for him. I have done it once, and I like it, but i had too many layers, so my blades kept breaking. Here is one of his videos. Sparkey
I normally stack cut three pieces. I stack them up and tape them together with clear package tape. I will tape around two inches on the bottom, over the top and two inches on the bottom of the other side. SCROLLSAW703
