rdatelle
That came out great. Looks like something you could stack cut. Did you leave it all natural or put a sealer on it. Who's pattern is it from.

Lucky2
PVM, I love the look of this piece, I make these all the time. Have you ever seen the Nativity scene one, that Volker has out? It's a large sized one, and it looks amazing when finished. I've made a few of them so far, they are popular with everyone who sees them. There's a lot of work that goes into cutting one of them, and they pull in the big bucks. I usually sell the Nativity scene ones for $150.00, and I have people waiting for me to make them one. I can't right now, because I'm seeing double out of one eye. When I can see properly to be able to use the saw, I have four of them to make for orders already placed. I urge you to look up the Nativity pattern, you will probably like it a lot. Len

munzieb
Very Nice cutting. Are the lights corded or Battery powered? I really enjoyed the cutting on the ones I did but battery mount and soldering the 20 Grain-of-wheat bulbs are a pain. I made 6 for gifts and now my wife says I need to make another one..... I used to use grain of wheat and grain of rice years ago when I was model railroading. Wonder if there is something like led's that can be used now. Just found some 3v LED lights with pigtails but they are 1/2 as many for 4 x the price. I got 200 G-O-W for $12.00 and Led's are 100 for $52. Can't justify that yet. Len, I hope that they can figure out your vision problem and pray it will clear up for you soon. Melanie, I know what my eye issues are, I had cataract surgery done four years ago and the new lense was not placed as it should have been. As soon as the bandage was removed from my left eye, I told them there was an issue. They didn't think much of it, and they told me to give it a couple of days to see how things were then. Well they have not gotten any better, and I'm still waiting to have the issue solved. It is very frustrating, I haven't been able to use my scroll saw since the surgery. My left eye was my prominent eye, and I can't get used to using my right eye even with a patch on my left one. So, it really sucks. PVM
Thank you all for the nice comments. For the lights I use battery powered led light from a cheap shop in Belgium only 2.70 euro for a set of Christmas lights. I made a new one, it is a Christmas tree. Picture included. Hope you like it like I do.
