amazingkevin
i found gold! yep that's the best way i can discribe it.Freike steered me in the right direction when he told me about the village university.I had never gone in it because i thought it was for learning how to draw.Only because it says to sharpen your pencils. If i'd only known! This is what iv'e been dreaming about. The knowledge that can be unlocked in here is worth more than gold.I am amazed!!! wombatie
I have not had time yet to go to the village university, every time I get some free time something crops up. But I do intend to one day lock myself in, switch off the phone and sit and study. I guess you are never too old to learn. Marg
amazingkevin
I enjoy days more when i learn something i did'nt know and even more when it's something i want to know! All the tips and tricks i keep learning in the forum everyday is making scrolling soooo much easyer. I'd rather spend the time scrolling than sanding because i used the wrong blade.Or a hundred other little quirks that experience will teach you the hard way!But i enjoy it all. Some of these scroll patterns with hundreds of holes scare me ,butthe sooner you get started ,the quicker you finish.I'm at peace with the world when i'm scrolling. Oh the joy of sawing away ,in one hole out the next ,for a long time ,and then the blade breaks ,and so does my heart.BUT when that new blade goes in and tightens up and i'm sawing again how pleasant and nice it is to have a sharp cutting blade again.Thats music to my ears .
