Thanks Travis (TDpainter) for the fine pattern.  Not sure I did it justice, but I tried.  It was really fun to cut, did not take long.  I tried my hand at painting the backer where the flames are... doesn't show up as much as I hoped.  I may do in again with lighter wood next time.

The thinner the wood the better backer colors show up. I think it looks great though.
