The name of the game

I enjoy doing names, and once again thank you birch bark for the patterns, two names I did for another customer, the top name, is done with 1/2 Walnut, the bottom name is 1/2 curly hair maple, beautiful wood, my new favorite. Although I admit the bottom name was a challenge,and has some flaws.

My favorite is cutting the names and you'll always see flaws if you a perfectionist they wont see them themselves. Roly

As scrollers we live or die by the fraction of an inch or a degree of curvature viewed under magnification from 12 - 18 " away.  The viewers of our work sees the whole work and seldom recognized a flaw.  Aren't we lucky!!!
