Fastest Lap Time

Finishing up my 2017 ornaments, I wasn't sure if I should stack cut these to save time.....I decided to time myself......not worth stack cutting when you can cut one in under 5 min.....IMO

I should time myself, I keep thinking I am a slow cutter and am always amazed at how fast people seem to cut!

Nice work on the time, I have sometimes thought about timing myself to see how long something actually takes, never done it yet.

Fast --Moving the blade in and out of the saw 6 times too!

 

As I have played--PLAYED-- with a scrollsaw for more than 60 years; I see no reason to time myself!  That will take all the FUN out of it.

This time of the year is crazy busy for me.......I try to save time when I can.......I usually don't time myself either

Looks good dan. If that wood is under a  half inch, I don't see why you can't stack cut them. Wouldn't that be even faster.

I am glad that I do not sell items.  I make a lot of things and give them away.  There is a huge difference in speed cutting versus enjoying the hobby.

Nice ornaments Dan, this is the time of year that I miss not being able to scroll the most. I always enjoyed scrolling for Christmas, it's what put me in the Christmas spirit.
