Popular Post MrsN
This project is not quite done, but I am too excited/proud to wait. This is the first scroll saw project one of my kids has completed here at my new school. It is a Pokemon layerscape, and the student designed it himself. The front layer has a pokeball in the grass, 2nd layer has pikachu and some pine trees, 3rd layer has a Pokemon trainer, Zapdos and a sun. It will get painted to male everything a bit easier to see We have a pretty awful pro-tech scroll saw in our shop at the moment, waiting for a new Delta hopefully. I am super proud of my student for sticking through the irritating saw and making something really neat. Birchbark
Wow what a fun job you have! I'm sure your student will have that for years to come and remember you for helping and encouragement. He is gonna want to do another one, "only better" as soon as this one is painted i'm betting. Thanks for showing this to us. Russell

Now instead of teenagers I have switch to the opposite end of the spectrum helping the retired people at my woodworking club shop.
