Popular Post Scrappile Posted December 15, 2017 Popular Post Report Posted December 15, 2017 This it the Schwiboggen That I cut in Sept. 2016. I finally added lights a couple days ago. Pretty disappointed in the lights I used. They are really weak. I think I will try to get a string of LED lights for it. But wanted to show how it looks lit. I do finish project,,, just a little slow at it. don watson, lawson56, Scrolling Steve and 11 others 12 2 Quote
New Guy Posted December 15, 2017 Report Posted December 15, 2017 That is nice. Where did you get the pattern? Scrappile 1 Quote
Dave Monk Posted December 15, 2017 Report Posted December 15, 2017 Lot of work in that project Paul. It would be nice if the bottom part would show up a little better but it is still pretty. Scrappile 1 Quote
Sycamore67 Posted December 15, 2017 Report Posted December 15, 2017 You did a great job and looks great. LED lights are a good idea. You might look on Amazon for LED string lights. They have some mini one that work on a battery that are pretty cheap. Scrappile 1 Quote

This is Don's site and he sells the one that Helmuth designed. https://oldcrowscrollwerks.weebly.com/store/c9/Schwibbogen_by_Helmut.html You can also purchase them from: http://woodyoubelieveshop.blogspot.com/p/patterns-on-cd.html This particular pattern is one of Volkner's. munzieb Posted December 16, 2017 Report Posted December 16, 2017 A lot of work and the cutting is great. Front panel lighting is working well. Just need to add more lights on the back panel. Not able to see those cuttings well. It would make a big difference. Scrappile 1 Quote
Lucky2 Posted December 16, 2017 Report Posted December 16, 2017 Paul, LED lights are not a whole lot better then the one's you are now using, the best type of lights to use are the older style of mini lights. I used to be able to buy sets of fifteen to twenty-five lights, but now all I can seem to find are the type you used and LEDs. Len Scrappile 1 Quote
