Dan Posted December 31, 2017 Report Posted December 31, 2017 A few native critters. Great fun to cut. After a dip in blo mix they will go to the nature center. I'm still looking for a bobcat pattern. Does anyone know of a bobcat pattern to our chase? Roberta Moreton, Lucky2, Gonzo and 5 others 8 Quote

meflick Posted December 31, 2017 Report Posted December 31, 2017 Those are nice Dan. I gave several of the dog ones out for Christmas gifts. Thanks for sharing. Because you did and were looking for the bobcat, I went to check my Woodimals Animal Puzzles Book by Jim Sweet (Fox Chapel Publishing) https://foxchapelpublishing.com/scroll-saw/woodimals.html to see if it had a bobcat. It does. There are about 55 patterns in the book covering wild animals in the woods, in the water, and in the wild as well as some dogs and others. It also has the raccoon you did above. I have an Aunt who loves raccoons so I need to cut that one for her. You can find the book cheaper at Amazon with free prime shipping if Prime Member here: https://www.amazon.com/Woodimals-Creative-Animal-Puzzles-Scroll/dp/156523748X They also list some of the individual Woodimal Puzzle patterns here: https://foxchapelpublishing.com/scroll-saw/woodimals.html including the bobcat but they all show "out of stock" for some reason. I Did find just the pattern alone at this site http://www.scrollsawgoodies.com/shop/bobcat-puzzimal/ as well as others. At $4.95 per pattern, clearly, if interested in doing several (any more than 3) it is more cost effective to buy the book. Quote
Dan Posted December 31, 2017 Author Report Posted December 31, 2017 Wow! Thanks Duke! I'll cut it tomorrow. Thanks Melanie! I'll look into Jim's book. There may be more in there I may be interested in. meflick 1 Quote

Scrappile Posted January 1, 2018 Report Posted January 1, 2018 Looks like you are having a great time, Dan and doing a good job having it. They are fun. But alas, my Grandson doesn't play with them like I thought he would. To many other things like Legos, electric set,,,, I can't compete. Quote
