They are 3/4 thick, that is why they look 3d. Pretty much all my pieces are 3/4 for that reason and the fact that 95%of my material is free and repurposed

The large tree is 12x4, both frames are identical size

The best things are free indeed,I just pulled in big money from 2 -2'x3' painted white on one side 11 ply plywood.Was her husband so impressed with scroll saw magic! Another happy customer and yes i got a big deposit and never seen them before.

I do think they are great work, and well framed too.

 

"rescue wood" is the only wood I can actually afford.   I bought a walnut board last week about 3/4" by 4' by 5 inches and it was just a wiggle shy of $30! 

Hopefully I sell the cribbage boards that it is becoming.   One is sort of spoken for, so maybe.
