I get the malware message from the link.

I went to YouTube and in the comments is a link to the same place and I downloaded the zip.

Gives you different file types.  I was able to open cdr in Inkscape and they manipulate.  I had to group each layer and I then changed the stroke and enlarged by 150% as I thought It would be easier to my Grandkids.  Not sure I will cut the eyes and mouth as I will let them use googly eyes and paint.
