Popular Post Chunkthekid Posted January 13, 2018 Popular Post Report Posted January 13, 2018 Here is the first completed cut of the new year. It is my first time stack cutting something this detailed but it went just fine. The wood is 1/8 cherry? I think. FD 2/0 spirals. I'm not sure how I will frame them yet. I finally found a roll of the adhesive shelf tape that so many people on the site have recommended, and THANK YOU. It will be the only thing I use for fret work from now on. The pattern came off in less than 3 minutes and all in one piece except for one tiny sail. bobscroll, Rob, meflick and 7 others 10 Quote
wombatie Posted January 13, 2018 Report Posted January 13, 2018 They look amazing. I like the right one a touch better than the left. I also like the wood you used it looks like the sea at the bottom and wind at the top, perfect. Marg Quote

Scrappile Posted January 13, 2018 Report Posted January 13, 2018 I really love your pictures. I love the old sailing ships. Great cuttings. I agree about the shelf paper, all though I haven't mastered getting it on easily. I will get my method established though. Quote
