Popular Post GPscroller Posted January 16, 2018 Popular Post Report Posted January 16, 2018 Saw this and had to cut it. Thanks to Pabreu Designs for the pattern. Stack cut three 1/8th BB ply using #3 ultra reverse. As always one got oiled and Jan painted one. Was smiling most of the time I was cutting it and still chuckle when I look at Jan's painted one. Scrappile Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 Man! The painted one are beginning to look like the "finished" ones and the unpainted, look like works in progress! Great job on both, but sorry your Jan wins first place in this one. Great cutting, my friend, but ,,,, I wonder if my wife can paint. If not I'm going looking for a painting girlfriend. Rockytime Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 How did you get the pattern? I googled it and it appears to be a foreign company. Quote
meflick Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 Nice job, but I'm with the majority here. Jan's painted one definitely adds some "detail" that takes it up a notch on this one. GPscroller 1 Quote

One of those patterns that are easy and the cutting just flies. To get the pattern I contacted Pedro on his website (Pabreu Designs) via Facebook and asked him about the pattern and he sent it to me. I really love the pattern. I'll have to cut it. Reminds me of my son-in-law. He does all the cooking in his family and it is all done on the grill year around. Thanks again for posting. Denny Knappen Posted January 17, 2018 Report Posted January 17, 2018 When I first looked at the unpainted one, I didn't notice the chefs hat on fire until I saw the painted one. I can see why you smiled cutting this one. GPscroller 1 Quote
