Phantom Scroller
This is an interesting thread here's my input. I suffered from back pain for years couldn't bend over had to buy velcro shoes couldn't do my laces up. Then I bought an inversion table 5 mins a day hanging like a bat and within I'll say two weeks all the pain had gone and it has never come back and I don't use it anymore due to my knee replacement last year. I'm not a doctor but the army and footballers and weightlifters use them and doctors don't tell you about them I wonder why perhaps they wouldn't have any customers. It's what's between the vertebrae that hurts in most cases and I'm still not a doctor. Probably won't work in all cases but what you don't try you'll never know. Roly Thanks Roly, I've always wanted to try one of those contraptions. I see they aren't expensive anymore so I might just give it a try. This might be the answer for many of us. Now, all I have to do is not pass out when the blood leaves my head. Ha! Ray Phantom Scroller

Ray 1 You move your arms forward to level off and back to go backwards total control and with a tie strap to stop you where you're comfortable also extends lengthwise to your height and locks your feet in. The funny thing was when I first got into it my wife couldn't stop laughing because I couldn't reach the handle to release my feet so I tied a piece of rope to it to release my feet until I could bend and reach it. Sycamore67
I think the first step with bad back problems is to find out what is going on. Trying different therapies like inversion and other things might help and might make it worse. Finding a good doctor is a key. I know that there are some on here that do not believe in doctors but I think it is the best way to start. OCtoolguy

Our medical situation in this country has driven most of the good ones out of business or they are so busy, you can't get an appointment. I've been trying for two months to get a full physical but my appointment has been cancelled twice due to the unavailability of my primary physician. I'm supposed to be going in Thursday but I'm expecting a call at any time cancelling once again. R
Sycamore67
As I mentioned, I have the Craftsman chair and love it. I am 6' 3" and 225#. The other part is that I use a cat litter bucket turned upside down to put my feet on. The bucket makes a huge difference in my back comfort. Roberta Moreton
I have removed the front leg extensions on my EX raised the back legs 1 1/2”. I sit in an adjustable computwe chair and use a foot switch. Still playing with the height hurts my shoulder more than my back
