kmmcrafts
Might be of more help if we know the version you downloaded.. as well as your operating system.. when windows 10 first came out none of my drawing / photo editing software worked right with it.. and corel draw actually crashed my computer.. as it was a old version.. ( actually why I use inkscape now ) Not paying big $$ for corel draw if inkscape does what I need for free.. WayneMahler

I use inkscape also but I purchased a legal copy of Corel Draw 11 on ebay for $18 because it is stand alone unlike newer versions that want a monthly fee. Brianr24
Pretty sure it was latest version on Windows 7 64bit. I uninstalled it so I'm pretty sure that's what it was. But I want to reinstall it . I kind of need it .
keithv
I use Ninite to install Inkscape. It automatically picks the correct file for your operating system and skips any "extras" that try to install.

Yeah that's how I bought mine years ago.. but mine was Corel Draw 13.. if you use windows 10 it'll work but it's unstable and might crash the system like mine did.. new2woodwrk
I downloaded but haven't installed inkscape yet so thanks for the heads up. I usually use Paint.net which is also free and very powerful for a free graphic utility - Just an FYI
