cjswoodcrafts Posted August 12, 2010 Report Share Posted August 12, 2010 About a year ago i sent the president a self portrait of himself, got a reply today in mail both the President and his wife signed it, my prices have just gone up, lol wood is pine, relief carved and wood burned. the pic of the portriat is out of whack, had to get this from my site, didnt do so great getting converted. But from what I can see, you did a great job. It's neat that you got the reply too. Frame it and put it next to your artwork. Nicely done! Travis Posted August 13, 2010 Report Share Posted August 13, 2010 When I graduated Highschool, I sent the President an invite to the graduation ceremony and got a similar letter. I'm a little bummed that he didn't stop by for a BBQ, but I guess he had some important stuff to do. Still pretty neat either way. I still have it.
