Frank Pellow
I have a (non-paying) commission to produce 6 limited edition framed wooden logos for the Hearst Lumberjacks Junior A Ice Hockey team. The money raised by the sale of these will go to charity. The pattern was created by mahendra (see the thread: ) then I made a few small changes to his pattern. The foreground was cut from 3mm thick Baltic Birch plywood. Portions of the foreground were painted with acrylic paints. The background is 15mm thick walnut plywood and the frame is solid walnut. lawson56, amazingkevin, MTCowpoke22 and 5 others 7

Frank Pellow
By the way, if anyone plans to use a team's logo in this way, they should first get permission from the team.

Frank Pellow
I've now finished the remaining 5 pieces of this limited edition and will be driving to Hearst in the next few days to deliver them (among other things). By the way, there is still a lot of ice on Lake Pivabiska so I am not sure that I will be able to make it to Pellow's Island on this visit.
