Brian Posted August 22, 2010 Author Report Posted August 22, 2010 Thanks for the comments on the rose. It turned out well and hangs on the wall nicely. I'm working on another piece...a little more complicated. Pictures to come soon! Quote
amazingkevin Posted August 22, 2010 Report Posted August 22, 2010 well Brian thats beginners luck and i'm jealouse.I have weeks of intarsia experience and you put me to shame on your first attempt , lol.Thats about as nice a rose as they come.Just full of character, nice 3 d effect.Looks as though your going to be scrollsawvillages intarsia king real soon!Keep them posted ,your setting the stage for new things here. All i could see to make it a 11 would be a longer stem to put it all in perspective, but you still get a 99 and an a plus.i'm very impressed at your work!
