I have a couple patterns for lamps that I want to make but I need a lamp shade to fo with them. both lamps have a deer theam and a I want a shade to go with thm em, Not being a designer I am at a loss. if i found a pattern of some kind I could make it into a Deer design. Dan Posted February 17, 2018 Report Share Posted February 17, 2018 This is just a thought, you could find the right size from a thrift store. Take measurements of top diameter, bottom diameter, and height. Cut panels to fit around the shade. Cut deer prints and deer silhouettes on some panels. Glue rice paper to the inside of the panel. Remove the old fabric from the shade. Attach your panels to the shade. Not sure if it will work for you but if nothing else I hope I got the wheels spinning. Good luck.
