Iguanadon
Big, 2 day event in nearby Southport at the end of March. I now have 3 items specific for them and will be cutting 15 of each to take with me. They have a HUGE 3 day 4th of July event that I'll also be doing, so the one next month will give me an idea of how many I'll need for that one. My first event of 2018 is this Saturday. First time working with this group of folks. I hope it goes well and look forward to joining them for more. MSISCO
Newbie here, how long does it take to cut 1 out, need lots of practice and wondering time to shoot for, also does your pricing of items coincide with your labor hours or is it more of a hobby for you. thanks

They are 3/4" thick stock, all are done 1 at a time. One day when you're really bored you can watch me cut one... The saw is going full speed, it's just an optical illusion that it's going slow. Yep, I'm to where I can do 3 in an hour if I choose. This is still a part-time "hobby" thing for me, I work full time (from home), but I sell enough of them to keep me busy cutting all year long. I cut for an hour and a half to two hours a day wanting to cut 30-40 a week. 3Dface

heppnerguy
Enjoyed viewing your video. It looks like you and I cut at about the same pace. I still need to get around to cutting an animal puzzle. Not really my thing, but I think I should at least cut a couple before I through in the idea of cutting them, all together. Who knows, I may just end up enjoying them more, as a result Dick heppnerguy

rdatelle
Nice video Iggy. I learned a little something from the video. Cut the outside out first which I never did. I'll give that a try.
