Turned out to be a really nice plaque to display for any Alabama fan. If I was going to change one thing about this it would be to put a black backer board behind the bottom letters because I think it would make them stand out better. Otherwise it is perfect. Your cutting is very well done. I am not trying to criticize your work, just take a piece of black paper and place it behind your the letters and see what you think

Great job Mimi I would also put a backer on the letters but I would try the same as the ball and player so all colours are coordinated and I think the letters would pop more with a light backer as the project is darker wood, but what do I know lol I am still  just a beginner

Nicely done Mimi, and I agree, it does need a backer to make the letters show up better. I would not necessarially use a black backer, what is the teams other color? I would try a few different colors, you may find one that looks better then the others.

I showed it to the person and she liked it without a backer so that is how she got it and she wants to order more .just not sure when.
