Nice job on the puzzle !!

 

In the puzzle book I have it suggest a number 5... that said.. I believe many folks ( me included) use a number 3.. I have used and still do for certain types of wood a number 5..

Nicely done.  I use Olson Mach Speed #3 blade.  You just have to be careful not to "flex" the thinner blade as you're cutting which would cause issues with the pieces not able to slide in and out from both sides.

I use 2 sizes for it ID & OD I use a #5 or 7 for the puzzle pieces I use a #3 I use nohig but Olson's match bades. With a #3 blade your saw has to be set up with the blade square with the table. and I mean real square
