Delta 40-694 dust control set up...

The Delta 40-694 has no dust ports or dust control system to speak of.

I set up 2 paths for my system - one topside for the table, and one bottom side for what falls through the insert.

This saw is set up primarily to use the shop vac dust ctrl - however it can also use my HF system just in case

Here are a few pics of the set up - it's not pretty but it's functional - PS: I know the spiral hose is not the most efficient but it is what I have and so I use it.

Table Top - I have the blower on the left side of the unit pointing towards the dust hose  - what is left over when cutting is finished I scrape into the hose

The left side hose going to the bottom - sucks up what falls through - really works very well for what it is

The 'Y" joins for the left and right sides - I can use either my shop vac, or my main HF duster control as needed

The Wen is still hooked up to the HF system as well

Thanks for looking and feel free to comment
