It's made from 4mm Baltic Birch Ply and finished with 2 coats of sanding sealer and one coat of lacquer. This is the second one of these I have cut, the first was a few years ago and was for my Dad's Dentist. I had an exchange student from Germany, a few years ago, who just finished her Dental degree.
