Hi I want buy new ScrollSaw , my old don't have fast blade change system.

What is the best saw available for purchase in the EU?

Did someone use one of this ? For me looks cool but I heart it some problems with quality.

 

DeWalt 788 looks also nice.

I have the EX21 , and love it very easy to change the blades . I find cutting angles easier because the table stays flat and the head tilts . I got mind from Ray at Seyco

I work at Woodcraft and have sold a lot of Ex-21's. I have never had one come back. I have a 788,a Ex30,and a Ex21. The one I use the most is th EX-21. The 788 is a great saw but the Ex-21 is a step above.

EX-30 weight 51 kg > uh is heavy and big but work is so comfortable

Upper arm tension > I'm must adjust after 6 days of work but still I can't make it good .

Dust chut > I make new from plywood . Old dont throw piece of wood , You know when make fretwork some piece jump off or get down and can block work.

 

Vibration > on 3/4 full speed saw get a lot of vibration , it too big to work . I think that is natural frequencies (?) http://www.excludedmiddle.com/earthquake.htm

Wow A 30" Excaliber for $500.00 bucks. Man I would fly down there for that price Although I have no idea what 500 pounds comes out to in US dollars Looked it up...Around $800.00 US. Still a great price.

for the extra couple hundred go for the EX. the Dewalt is a great saw but the Excalibers are the top of the line, so i,ve heard maybe one day i'll get - sorry i was dreamin again , it happens.

I start thinking that this saw is poor quality

4 mounts in workshop and arm movement mechanism was broken.
