bandaideman
I know this puzzle was done by Carl Herd-Rutter and was in the Scrollsaw Woodworking and Crafts in Fall of 2006. At that time I did cut out a couple but unfortunately I can not find the pattern. I got looking for it because I saw the pattern with more in depth procedure of cutting it out recently numbering each cut. Since I had some difficulty with the original and was not proud of the cut or fit. So I wanted to try it again. Unfortunately I can not find the pattern I made a copy of and saved, can not find where I saw the more in depth instructions and I moved and this is one magazine I sold off to not take so much with me and the pattern was in the magazine but not in the center pull out which I kept. Any thoughts of how I may proceed to find another one to try.
fredfret
I found the pattern at diypuzzles.WordPress .com. copyright info is unknown . You could contact the magazine for a leftover copy. Fredfret

bandaideman
Thanks for you help. I am getting old now because I looked on Scrollsaw woodworking and crafts and found the Fall 2006 issue and the cover had a inlay leaf box which I knew I brought with me. I found I did not put all my mags. in the same place. I tried to make the whale today was a disaster will have to think it through and try again. Hate getting older specially in the head
