Yesterday I got this little package in the mail. It contained two 10-32 screws with a little note saying, "Sorry, these should have been sent back with your controller." I did just fine without the screws and Bushton could have just ignored such a little thing. But little things like that speak volumes for their customer service. Kudos to you Bushton! And they do their best to make things go as smooth as possible for the customer, contrary to what you may have heard. As you've found out, they're excellent for making things right! I can say, with honesty Rocky, in the few years I've dealt with Bushton, I've been to the facility personally & met all the crew, & it truly is a family oriented operation. And their goal is satisfaction. There is a lot going on in such a small operation. Rocky, I'm happy to hear you got your extra parts, & are satisfied with Hawk. Keep makin' sawdust, my friend!
