Brianr24
I decided to finally try these puzzles a try and a non puzzle. I used a superior puzzle blade on the puzzle one. Seems some cut great and others are brutal. Scrolling Steve, meflick, jollyred and 4 others

kmmcrafts
You did pretty good with those.. I'd never try cutting one of those with a puzzle blade.. unless you cut those from thin material?

Dan
How thick is the wood? If you cut 3/4" I bow to you for using puzzle blades.
Iguanadon
Hey Brian, nicely done. As mentioned, puzzle blades are for 1/8" or maybe 1/4" thick wood. For 3/4" use #3 or #5.

Yes it's 3/4 actually the puzzle blade cut nice (slow) but I cut slow anyway. The problem I had was getting them in the saw and keeping teeth From twisting as I tighten. But Yeah I woul use # 1 next time . I use # 1 on 3/4 a lot.

wombatie
You chose a great looking pattern Brian. They look terrific. Well done. I don't think there are many member here that have not given a puzzle a try now. Iggy certainly left his mark on all of us. Marg

rdatelle
Looks pretty good. I would use a # 3 if it's 3/4 wood. Much easier.
