jbrowning Posted April 29, 2018 Report Posted April 29, 2018 (edited) Well I finished my second racer today. I only have 3 more to do by next weekend for the first race of the season. And figure our some kind of base and finish on them. Thanks for looking. Edited April 29, 2018 by jbrowning meflick, new2woodwrk, frankorona and 4 others 7 Quote
heppnerguy Posted April 29, 2018 Report Posted April 29, 2018 They look great, What are you going to do with them? You obviously have something in mind. Nicely cut too. Dick heppnerguy Quote
jbrowning Posted April 29, 2018 Author Report Posted April 29, 2018 Thank you Dick, I have 5 sold to some motorcycle racers that I know. And I'm hoping I will have some extras to walk around at the races with and try and sell them to other racers. Quote

DWSUDEKUM Posted April 29, 2018 Report Posted April 29, 2018 Those came out great. They would make great trophy tops. Thanks for sharing them with us. DW Quote
meflick Posted April 29, 2018 Report Posted April 29, 2018 Nice work Jim. Should be good sellers. Look forward to seeing how you finish them off. You better learn to stockpile like Iggy and his puzzles if you are going to be taking them to the races. Definitely have an order pad at least! Thanks for sharing. Quote
lew Posted April 29, 2018 Report Posted April 29, 2018 Very cool and excellent work!! well done!! Lew Quote
jbrowning Posted April 30, 2018 Author Report Posted April 30, 2018 Thank you everyone for your comments. I will offer these up personalized (with the riders number on the bike), or they can be bought without any numbers on it. I'm thinking either burning the numbers into the bike or using a black fine tip sharpie. Thanks Jim Quote
oldhudson Posted April 30, 2018 Report Posted April 30, 2018 Maybe you could mount them on that lean angle they achieve in the twisty bits? Quote
new2woodwrk Posted April 30, 2018 Report Posted April 30, 2018 They look very cool! Can't wait ti see the finish on them Quote
GPscroller Posted May 1, 2018 Report Posted May 1, 2018 Great looking cuts, should look fantastic when finished. Jeff Quote
