I got the idea after I put the cutting down on top of my wife's Ipad which has a green cover. It's probably a "Love it or Loathe it" but I like it. Let's hope someone else does too so I can sell it! Merlin.. I use my battery powered circular saw to cut them apart Merlin and just ditch the corners. Then rip off the drawer bottom groove on the table saw and dock them to length on the chop saw and they are ready for the thicknesser to give them a quick skim.
