malc
I want to cut some key holders that are 12mm thick. If I cut them one at a time I would use a No.5 blade. How many do you think I could cut at one time and what blade would you use. The wood in question is pine. malc
Kepy
I try to keep my stack around 3/4" and in pine the #5 should be fine. I have found that although you can do thicker stacks, they tend to be less efficient timewise.
