is a cool site. It has something called PolyDraw. It lets you draw your own bowl patterns and you can do oval

Shelia Landry has some cool shapes http://www.sheilalandrydesigns.com/category/boxes-baskets/basket-patterns

Also, like John asked, what type of bowl are you looking for?

I bought a book from Amazon by the title of Boxe, bowls, and baskets by Fox Chapel. I think it might be out of print but it's still available. I'm doing a basket right now that was in the book. Here is a pic.

I have done that one also. Used various woods. Many types of baskets weather scrolled or not.

So the ? is who designed the pattern for the bowl that Jerrel did. Image on page 8 of the recent SSWWC magazine.

Try doing an "image" search on Google. I will give it a try. Here's the image from Facebook entry. I tried to do a search but so far, no go.

Ok, here's the pattern. Graciously given by the maker on Facebook. He found it on Pinterest but said it's very hard to locate so he just gave it to me.
