Popular Post woodduck
My second attempt at inlaying work ,I am still having a bit of trouble setting the correct angle ,It usually takes me many test cuts to get it just right.Made this one for my partners birthday coming up shortly. The woods are radiata pine & what I have been told is blackwood & is a very fine dark chocolate coloured wood that came from an old drawer front that i have had for years. The bowl section was done on my lathe & it is all finished with a rubbing oil. Cheers Peter. Sam777, GPscroller, frankorona and 9 others 11
